Ivaylo Petrov

Ivaylo Petrov is a co-founder of BULDE Ltd., he independently managed the company in the first years, creating the basis of what BULDE is today. He holds a Master's degree in Industrial Management from the "D.A.Tsenov" Academy of Economics. Ivaylo (or Ivo as everyone calls him) has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, 10 of which, managing local (Bulgarian) TIER1 suppliers.

My number one value is motivated and committed people, with a very clear awareness that such people do not need guidance, but rather inspiration. This allows me to fulfill value number two, stable processes and happy customers.”


Wolfgang Fischer

Wolfgang is a Managing Partner of BULDE LTD. He completed his mechanical engineering degree, specializing in manufacturing technology, at the Carl Benz School of Engineering in Mannheim / Germany. There was also a postgraduate degree in business administration in Schwetzingen / Germany and an Industrial Engineer degree in Dortmund / Germany.

He has many years of experience in the automotive industry, machine and plant construction, wood industry, chemical industry and is an expert in machine and plant technology and machine and plant safety. The following certified training courses are part of his profile: Internal Auditor IATF 16949, Environmental Auditor DIN EN ISO 14001, Functional Safety Engineer IEC 61508, TÜV-certified maintenance manager, and responsible technical manager (VTFK). His professional endeavors are the realm of lean manufacturing, process standardization, continuous improvement of processes and people. His personal interest includes civil rights, social action, culture, and sport.


Margarita Stoichkova

Margarita is the General Manager of BULDE LTD. She graduated with honors her Bachelor`s degree in Economics and Business at the University of Amsterdam, followed by a BSc (Hons) from Oxford Brookes University in the UK and a Master of Science in Accounting and Financial Control at the University of National and World Economy in Bulgaria. Currently, Margarita is completing her last MS in Finance and Banking at the University of Sheffield, the branch in Bulgaria. She has gained professional experience working in the field of finances and management for over ten years. Her interests led her into the world of the industry again after a successful career in the automotive industry as a Financial Manager. BULDE is a start-up and is a great opportunity for the implementation of processes and organizational structure from a scratch. Her professional endeavors are the realm of lean manufacturing, standardization of processes, continuous improvement of processes and people. Her personal interest includes healthy eating and education.


Aneliya Zheleva

Aneliya Zheleva is a logistics and procurement manager at BULDE Ltd. She has a Master's degree in International Business (and a Bachelor's degree in International Tourism) from the University of Economics in Varna. She is fluent in German because of her partial primary education in Berlin and a working level in English. Her professional development begins in commercial and manufacturing companies in Bulgaria, working with business partners abroad or part of international corporations in Varna, Silistra, and Plovdiv. Since 2011 she works mainly in the areas of logistics and supply in the automotive industry. She has in-depth knowledge and skills for working with ERP programs (SAP, Abas, bgERP) and related applications from her experience as a coordinator in their implementation and staff training. She joins the team of BULDE Ltd. in 2020 in connection with the launch of a company project, welcoming the opportunity to work with professionals with skills, knowledge, and experience. Her main professional aspirations include improving the team and continuous improvеment of the logistics processes and relations with other company units. Personal interests are focused on foreign languages, travel, dancing.


Yasen Yanakiev

Yasen Yanakiev is the Production Manager at BULDE LTD. He graduated from Paisii Hilendarski University in Plovdiv in 2015. His professional experience started with the position of Machine Operator, passing through Sales specialist and Team leader.
“In June 2017 I had the pleasure to start working as a Team leader at a newly established company – BULDE LTD. This new “adventure” for me was a start-up, managed by an exceptional professional who wanted to work for creating a structure and model of work that would be a “better workplace”. Now – 4 years after the start, our team has grown more than 3 times, forming what we dreamed of at the beginning, namely – team BULDE. A team of professionals who make things “move forward”.
My personal interests include mountain climbing, cycling, and long walks. My great passion is beekeeping, namely: product quality and marketing strategies.”
